Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We ship from Toronto, Canada. 

*Currently, I ship artwork within Canada and the United States. If you are located outside these regions and are interested in purchasing a piece, please contact me directly to discuss possible arrangements.

*If you live in or near Toronto we can offer you free delivery within 4-6 days :)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada: 5 to 12 business days
  • United States: 6 to 14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers

I primarily use Canada Post or FedEx for shipping, ensuring safe and timely delivery. Tracking information will be provided when applicable.

Customs, Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

Customer Responsibility

All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and tariffs, which are determined by the destination country. The customer is solely responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities, including but not limited to:

  • Import duties
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) / Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) / Provincial Sales Tax (PST) (for Canadian buyers)
  • U.S. state sales tax (for American buyers)
  • Any other applicable customs fees

These fees are not included in the artwork’s purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We cannot predict or control these charges, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for further details before purchasing.

For Canadian Customers:

  • Depending on your province, you may be subject to GST, HST, or PST.
  • Original artwork may qualify for exemptions under certain tax categories.

For U.S. Customers:

  • Original works of art (e.g., paintings, drawings, sculptures) are generally duty-free under U.S. customs regulations, but state tax laws may still apply.
  • Customs processing times may delay delivery beyond estimated shipping timeframes.

If an order is refused due to unpaid customs fees or tariffs, the customer will not be refunded for shipping costs or any fees incurred during the return process.

Packaging & Handling

Each artwork is carefully packaged using high-quality materials to ensure it arrives safely. Depending on the size and medium, pieces may be shipped in protective tubes, reinforced envelopes, or sturdy boxes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

I take great care in packaging my artwork, but in the rare case of loss or damage:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact me with photos of the damage and the packaging. I will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • If a package is lost in transit, please notify me, and I will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
