If, for any reason you wish to cancel your order and it has not left our premises then we will need to charge the processing fee that the bank/Paypal charges us. If the order has already left the premises then further charges may apply.

REFUND POLICY:
To QUALIFY for a REFUND:
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return your item up to 14 days after receiving the package. After 14 days from receiving your package, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging as you received it.
To complete your return application, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the package has been returned back to us, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item and inform you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
DAMAGED:
If the item was damaged during delivery, please email us at mayahatibi.art@gmail.com with a photograph of the product along with a description.
Original Painting: Based on the circumstances you will be notified if you are eligible for a refund.
Prints: If the print was damaged during shipping we will send you an EXCHANGE.
If you are APPROVED:
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account.
If it still isn't there, then contact your credit card company ( as it may take some time before your return is officially posted).
If you still do not see the refund, contact your bank, keeping in mind that processing times may vary before the refund is posted.

SALE Items:
Sale items are also eligible to apply for a refund. You will be refunded the sale price you paid if you meet the Qualifications for a Return listed above and are approved.
SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure items are packed securely to prevent damage during the return journey.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For Exchanges: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are only available for PRINTS if the print was damaged during shipping. f you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at mayahatibi.art@gmail.com.
CANCELLATION
